schedule is available in all territory served by HWL for qualifying customers
for this class of service. APPLICABLE
TO This rate shall be applicable to any customer whose monthly average consumption is at least 5,000,000 gallons.
NET
MONTHLY RATE
CALCULATION
OF WATER BILL The
total water bill shall be the sum of the base rate, which is calculated on the
Customer’s installed meter size; plus, the commodity charge.
Charges for water consumption shall be billed to the nearest one thousand
gallons of consumption. TERMS
OF PAYMENT Customers
who pay within 10 days of the date of the bill will pay the CURRENT BILL
computed on the Net Monthly Rate. Bills
paid after 10 days from the date of the bill will include a late payment charge
of ten percent (10%) of the CURRENT BILL. TERMS
AND CONDITIONS Service will be furnished under HWL's Standard Terms and Conditions For Water Service.
