Before you access this Service?
Customers should be ready
with:
- The 8-digit Hope Water & Light account number (located
on your billing statement),
- The balance owed on your bill, and
- Your credit card or checking account information.

Why is there a Service Fee?
Paymentus charges a fee to use their service. The fee
covers payment handling and processing charges.
Is Hope Water & Light getting any part of the fee?
Hope Water & Light does NOT receive any part of the
service fee. Paymentus is an independent company providing a service for Hope
Water & Light customers.
Please note, if your account is
subject to disconnect or has been disconnected for
non-payment, you will need to contact customer service at 870-777-3000 with
your payment confirmation number. Additional
reconnection fees may apply.
